Take the departing point in Manila for instance; get on a bus that travels to Libertad via Batangas Port, then hop on a for a 3 hour trip to Calapan, Mindoro, then get a van to Roxas, Mindoro where you will get off at a port; then take a 5 ½ hour ferry to Caticlan Jetty Port, and then land trip to Tibiao. Whereas from Cebu, you can take a ferry to Iloilo City, then a few hours to Libertad. Elsewhere, it is best to ask the townsfolk for further instructions.
